Service Agreement
By booking a cleaning service with Diamond Shine Pro, you agree to these terms. Services are provided in Whatcom County and surrounding areas at rates quoted prior to service commencement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost. This guarantee covers cleaning quality, not pre-existing damage or conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 to compensate our team for the reserved time.
Liability
Diamond Shine Pro carries full liability insurance. Any damage caused by our team during service will be addressed through our insurance process. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
